Oopsy Daisy

This blog is a few months too late.  But I wanted to give you all a little Oopsy update!  Mom mom-in-law Celeste and Brendan and I surprised my mom and dad by giving Oopsie to my mom for her birthday.  Now that my parents have her, I see her all the time.  She is such a cool dog.  She gets jealous of people kissing or hugging and runs over concerned looking when someone coughs or sneezes.

Well anyway, she is doing well- here’s a photo of her from the other day!

I’m lovin’ it!

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted at the door by a gorgeous, smiling woman and a host of girls merrily running around getting ready.  The gorgeous woman was Yvette the bride!  You see we had only spoken on the phone so I was just so ecstatic to see her.  (I always get the prettiest brides!)

Yvette took us around the room and introduced us to the all the girls who were so cool and fun!!!! And really, really sweet to Brendan and I- they didn’t treat us like strangers or anything!!!!!

As they were getting ready we had a backdrop of beautiful Biscayne Bay and Christ Rock’s voice on the TV.

I’ll tell you more about the day, but for now, I just wanted to post a few getting ready shots, there will be more to come!

Her dress is so pretty, and her long veil was just so complimentary!

Bridesmaid Heels Baby!

Yvette, the gorgeous bride!

Ok can’t you just tell that these girls are so chill!

One Time!!!! (Little Inside Joke)

Ok before I say anything else, I just want to say that before the session I was already super impressed with Jena because she runs MARATHONS!!! Yes, I know.  I mean I seriously can’t run so to me that’s amazing.  Brendan actually kept making fun of me during their session because I kept getting out of breath from walking in the sand.  Don’t laugh, I used to be a swimmer so I’m not totally…athletically-challenged…(???)

This sessions was soooooo sooo great!  Truly a sweet and fun couple these two are.  Paul was such a nice guy (he even made attempts to laugh at Brendan’s jokes!)  And Jena would just get this beautiful smile with him, I just loved seeing it in the photos.

Here’s some from the day:

I really like this one!

She’s gorgeous!!!

We copied The Beatles!

There’s that smile I was telling you about!

I love people we red hair, maybe because I grew up on Anne of Green Gables!

West Palm Beach Nights: The Legend of Bethany and Chad

Brendan and I had a great time with this couple!  We laughed a lot :)

Bethany is so pretty and graceful!  I was looking at the photos in post processing and she’s like a ballerina!  Always smiling and happy, she just really lit up the scene.  Chad was so funny- he kept putting things in a headlock (pretty much because Brendan kept telling him to!)  Together they make a really sweet team I must say! :)

See what I mean about the headlock thing!!!

Chad was very nice and let Bethany beat him up for the sake of the photos!

I Love Lucy

Lucy and Sal are such a great couple!!! When I met with Lucy to discuss her wedding it all sounded SOOO good, I just couldn’t wait to be a part of it!  When I met with Lucy and her mom that day she was wearing these killer boots so I was super pumped to see that she wore em for the e-session!

Sal is a great guy and it was obvious that he really does LOVE LUCY!!!!

So was I right about the boots or what!!!!

AHHHH so cute!!!

Don’t Mess with Texas

When I met Courtney at Starbucks a few months back, you could just tell that she was soooo in love!  She just had this big grin on her face as she told me about Ryan.  I was really excited to see them together!  Ryan flew in from Texas for the session and it was so evident that they were just lovin’ being together.

From New York, with love

I could tell that Michelle was super cool the second she came out of the car.  Her warm personality was evident immediately.  Jared, her fiance was really funny!  As this e-session went on so many things Jared did reminded me of my husband Brendan.

When Michelle and I e-mailed back and forth, she told me that they hang out in Central Park almost every day.  I think that that’s just the coolest thing.  A little background on these two, they met in Boston (one of my favorite places) and now live in New York (another one of my favorite places!)

Here’s a few from the day:

Sommer Time!

It was such a beautiful Wednesday morning at the beach when I met Sommer.  She wanted to have a special session done just for her husband.  I’m only sharing a few of the photo with you the rest are for his eyes only!!!!!

Isn’t she absolutely gorgeous!!!

There are so many breathtaking photos of Sommer from the day but that’s all I’m showing you!!!!
