Courtney and Enrique- The E-Session!

Courtney and Enrique got a very special treat from Courtney’s aunt Melissa.  It was a e-session!  I thought that was so sweet of Melissa to do for them!  We met on a beautiful day!  Lately it’s been really hot and windy here in South Flo, but not this day- it was a pleasure to be outside.

Courtney and Enrique were very easy to shoot because they effortlessly feel into amazing poses as they talked and hunged and just hung out with each other.  I just love when that happens.

Here are so photos from our day :)

She’s so pretty!

Lindsey and Bill- The E-Session

It was one of those sessions that reminded me how much I love my job!  I get to work with my husband Brendan and a super cool couple!!! Lindsey and Bill drove down from north Florida to do this session with us and we really had a great time with them.  I laughed so hard!!!.  (Uncontrollable laughter doesn’t really help when you’re telling someone to give you their “diva face”)  They were wonderful!!!!  Here are a few photos from the day :) Warming : She’s a real beauty :)

A Great Orlando Day! Nick and Kathleen’s Wedding

I’ve been excited for this wedding ever since we shot the e-session a few months ago.  Nick and Kathleen were so friendly and fun.

From the moment Brendan and I arrived we could see that Nick and Kathleen wanted to make their wedding not only about each other, but God as well.  We just loved that.  This couple is so warm and inviting and shows so much love to each other and their friends and family.  A guest came to the front of the room during the reception because she wanted to share with everyone how kind Kathleen had been to her, how she had made her feel welcome and showed her love when she was new to the area.  It’s truly the character of both Kathleen and Nick.

I was so excited to go up to Orlando for their wedding.  Even though Orlando is only 2 1/2 hours away from where we live it feels like a totally different place.  The houses are different, the people dress differently, I don’t know it’s just different and I like that.  The wedding took place at a beautiful country club which served as a magnificent backdrop for photos during the day and a hopping dance floor at night!  This crowd was excited and ready to party!!!!

Kathleen and Nick, thank you so much for everything.  Thank you so much for inviting us into your day and letting us follow you around!  I was so touched when I saw our place card!  hehe

The Dress :)

The beautiful Bride :)

Love the sun glasses!

What a cute couple!

We had to shoot this through a sun roof.  J/K

I couldn’t decide which ring shot I liked more :)

Haha it was too loud for this little guy!

It was our ‘Name Day’ :)

This past Sunday was my ‘Name Day!’  A name day is celebrated in my country (Bulgaria.)  The Name Day is a day to celebrate a certain saint and all the people named after that saint celebrate their name day.  It’s sorta like a huge birthday party.  Now I don’t think that my name day is in celebration of a Saint, but all the people who are named after flowers celebrate their name day on the Sunday before Bulgarian Easter.  So if your name is Violet, Rose, Cali or something like that you would have the same name day as me!

Well guess you else shared my name day?  Oopsy DAISY!  She’s a little daisy :)

Kathleen and Chris- The E-Session

We waited for each other in the parking lot, not realizing the other had arrived.  My phone rings and it’s Kathleen’s friendly voice on the other line, “we’re in a bright green car” she says.  We spot each other and my mom and I run out to meet them.  Out of the car steps an incredibly stylish couple.  With a big, beautiful smile on her face Kathleen says “I’m excited…and nervous.” I think the nervousness melted quickly with a few jokes and hugs from Chris :)  (They are just so CUTE together)

It might sound strange, but I get a little nervous meeting people for the first time.  Every time I shoot, it’s with a new couple in a different circumstance.  It keeps my work fun and exciting, but I definitely get a couple butterflies when we first meet.  I’ve been so blessed to meet such kind and awesome people like Kathleen and Chris.

Isn’t she just gorgeous!

Pinch me I think I’m dreaming!!! (YAY!!!)

We are so excited to offer two new products to our clients!

The first is our very own CD/DVD cases.  We wanted a truly special product to present our clients with their wedding photos.  These presentation cases were individually crafted by…US!!! haha yep we made em!  We can’t wait to send you yours!

Yay! Yay! Yay! Clap clap clap!!!

The second product is our flush mount album! The day it arrived I hurried home and ripped open the package- white squishy popcorn protectors flew everywhere.  Here’s what I saw.

The album arrives wrapped in this beautiful paper with a bow.  What a beautiful presentation!

Here she is!!!

Your Love-Stacey and Josh’s Wedding

We walked into Stacey’s parents beautiful condo to find a flurry of girls zipping up dresses, spraying perfume and doting over their bride.  Stacey was getting ready in an adjacent room relatively shielded for all the commotion but just close enough for the much deserved “Stacy you look stunning!!!” from her bridesmaids.

She was a serene/happy.  Just soaking it all in.

Brendan met up with the boys and tagged along to a nearby bar as they toasted the fantastic occasion.  Then both boys and girls boarded trolleys and headed to the beach.  Stacey and Josh opted for a first sight.  Josh stood facing the ocean as Stacey made her way down the wooden steps.  The bridal party and families cheered excitedly letting Josh know that his bride was nearing.  She turned and- well there was just this perfect moment!  Josh was floored by his bride’s beauty.

There at the beach, with the sun kissing their faces, they promised to love each other forever.

Stacey and Josh, your day was breathtaking!  It was so much better than anything I could have imagined in Starbucks that day!!!!  Thank you so letting us be a part of it :)

Just to note: these girls were really sweet to us!

I love when we get the hairspray coming out of the can! SCORE!

The beautiful Stacey!

Love that golden light!
