Mommy, Daddy and Big Sis

Brendan and I have had the pleasure of working with this wonderful fam on a few occasions.  On the way to the session, I was thinking about the first time we met Sommer to talk about her wedding and now we’re actually getting to photograph maternity pics for them!  It’s a huge blessing to get to be a part of the special moments in someone’s life-especially these guys!

Paul is really funny and kept his girls laughing through the whole session, and Kam…well she’s a little model just like her stunning mommy.

Always, always, always love working with you guys :)

Paula and Josue are a super adorable bro and sis.  They were so fun to photograph.  Urquisa, their mom is just stunning and we snapped a few of the three of them as well.  I can’t wait till next month when we will do family shots with the whole fam :)

Jen and the Boyz

Last year Brendan and I took pictures of Jen, Caleb and Daniel and it’s amazing to look back and see how much the boys have grown!  It’s really unbelievable.  I met Jen at Grace Fellowship (our church).  She is a wonderful person…and a super cool mom!  Here’s a little info from her!

Tell us a little about yourselves: Our family consists of me (jen), Caleb (14), and Daniel (11)…  We are very busy usually going from one sport practice or game to another, church activities, and just hanging out with friends/family.  We all love to laugh and have a unique sense of humor.

What do the kids want to do when they grow up? Both boys would like to play professional sports in the future… probably football… I can see Caleb being a coach one day and Daniel using his skills somehow for ministry purposes.

God blessed me greatly with two wonderful sons who love the Lord and other people.  I am always getting compliments on the boys and many people want to ‘steal’ them from me, but I can only give the glory to God for how good these boys are – I could never do it alone… “God will be with [me] wherever I go.”  Joshua 1:9

Fam Photo with our Friends!

It’s always such a treat to get to photograph friends.  Not only do we get to create something special for loved ones, but we get to be a part of the moment and just laugh and hang out with them!  Kremena, Jordan and Megan are Bulgarian like me!  We met through our church Grace Fellowship and have enjoyed great times together ever since.  A little over a year ago, they made a wonderful addition to their family!  The precious Megan.  Megan was an absolute DOLL from the moment she was born!  We just love that girl :) Thanks for the great time you guys!

The Axtell Fam

This weekend we did an early shoot at the beach with the Axtell Fam.  It was great.  They are such a precious family!  And the boys are just so cool!  By the end of the session they were wet and covered in sand!!!! Truly a great family and a pleasure to photograph.  Here’s a few from our session:

Juke and Lenny

…well not really.  Their names are actually Luke and Jenny, and cute baby Ellie.  But when I’m talking to Brendan, I always say Juke and Lenny by accident :)

Jenny is a very talented photographer and while it’s really cool to get to photograph someone who does photography, I have to admit, I was a little nervous about it…ok a lot nervous.  As Brendan and I waited for them to meet us my brain rehearsed some photo ideas and stared into that direct sunlight that refused to be covered by the nearby clouds. 

I’m happy to say that once again, it was reaffirmed to me that they are such a cool family!  And they made my job very easy.  The ladies of this family are just gorgeous!

Grandma and Pa come for a visit

Katelyn, Sarah, and Luke had a very special visit for Grandma and Pa!  We had a great time capturing some special moments of them with the kids. 

This shot is my favorite shot of the day!  Right after this moment a huge bug landed of Sarah and she lost it!!!

Cuties

Today Marc and Brenda and the kids braved Tropical Storm Fay for some photos.  Katelyn and Sarah were cracking us up so much!!! Katelyn really wanted to pose and look at her picture after I took it.  Sarah was a rebel and kept running away.  Luke is just the happiest baby ever.  I can’t wait to share some pics, I’ll try to add funny ones!

I was laughing so hard at this point!  Luke was pulling Katelyn’s hair but she was trying so hard to keep smiling.  When the photo was done, Brenda pulling a little clumb of Kate’s hair out of his hand!

When Sarah was done, she just chilled with Brendan, bobbing her head to the music.

Isn’t Luke so cute!
